Description: As part of the computational design team of Buro Happold in Los Angeles I was tasked with contributing to the development of the codebase for the company’s internal software platform as well as develop best practices for script sharing and development among different design teams. Additionally I was responsible for developing computational solutions for project-based challenges working side-by-side with project engineers.
My key contributions were the following:
  • Bentley RAM-Rhinoceros Toolkit Development
  • Script development for extracting geometry from Revit models and automatically passing it to SAM software for environmental analysis
  • Dashboards and Automated Outputs – Automating imagery outputs for reports, presentations
  • Developed a benchmark case study for comparing analytical results between Ladybug-Honeybee tools and IES software
